- Tech brought vehicle inside shop, Tech removed upper plastic timing cover. Tech tried to the vehicle on and noticed that the timing belt was not moving. Tech checked timing belt and verified the timing belt snapped (reason for vehicle stalling). Service adviser spoke with the customer and explained what the tech found and what needed to be done for the next step. The customer did not want to go forward with the repairs at this time.
