- Tech brought vehicle in and noticed the exhaust leak. Tech set vehicle up on lift. Tech performed a smoke test on the vehicle's exhaust. Tech noticed when doing the smoke test that the welds on the catalytic converter were broken on the passenger side of the vehicle. The customer will need to replace the catalytic converter on the passenger side only. Spoke with the customer over the phone and has denied to go forward with the repairs at this time.
