  • Scan on Board Computer Diagnostic System Using Scan Tools. Retrieve Fault Codes. Research Fault Codes and Test Components as Required. P2015- Intake Manifold Runner P2402- Evap Emission System Leak Detection Pump Control Unit P2015- Intake Manifold Runner Sensor/Switch Tech ran a test for the intake manifold for the runners with VDCS, and found the runners were stuck at 40% with the vehicle being off. Spoke with the customer over the phone and explained what the tech found wrong at this time, and what the customer needed to repairs the issues and to also pass emissions. The customer gave us the okay and to proceed with all the repairs and to clean the carbon build up that accumulated on top of the intake vales. The tech replaced all the necessary parts on the vehicle and as of right now the vehicle seems to be fine at this time.
  • Remove & Replace INTAKE MANIFOLD – & Remove The Carbon Build up
  • Remove Upper and Lower Engine Covers as Required. Drain Engine Oil. Replace Engine Oil Filter and Re-Fill Engine Oil with up to 12 Quarts of Synthetic Motor Oil. Check and Top Off Fluid Levels as Required when Possible. Check and Adjust Tire Pressures Including Spare (when possible) Perform Visual Courtesy Inspection and Report on Possible Work Needed.
