THE TECH BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN TO PERFORM OIL SERVICE. THE TECH DID A INSPECTION AT THE SAME TIME, AND FOUND FRONT/REAR BRAKES, INNER & OUTER TIE RODS (WORN), AND ALL FOUR TIRES ARE VERY WORN. TIRES ARE ALREADY SHOWING THE WIRE FROM THE TIRES. THE TECH RECOMMENDS TO REPLACE THE ITEMS THAT I HAVE LISTED FOR NOW. SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER OVER THE PHONE & EXPLAINED WHAT THE TECH FOUND AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE CUSTOMER GAVE THE OKAY TO MOVE FORWARD WITH ALL REPAIRS AT THIS TIME.
