- THE TECH TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE TO DUPLICATE THE CUSTOMER CONCERN. THE TECH DID NOTICE THE CUSTOMER CONCERN. THE TECH RECOMMENDS TO BALANCE ALL FOUR TIRES AND REPLACE FRONT & REAR BRAKES. SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER OVER THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE TECH FOUND WRONG AT THIS TIME. THE CUSTOMER GAVE THE APPROVAL TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE REPAIRS AT THIS TIME.
- Spin Balance all four tires. Perform Visual Inspection Of front End and Brakes. Reinstall all Four Wheels and Torque to Factory Specifications using a Torque Wrench
- Remve Front Whhels. Remove Front Brake Calipers. Remove Front Brake Rotors. Clean Contact Surface of Hub. Replace Front Brake Rotors. Clean and Lubricate Front Caliper Slides. Apply Bg stop Squeal To Brake Pads. Install Front Brake Pads and Sensors (if equipped). Road Test Car and Properly Seat Brake Pads.
- Remove Rear Wheels. Remove Rear Brake Calipers. Remove Rear Brake Rotors and Clean Contact Surface of Hub. Replace Rear Brake Rotors. Clean and Lubricate Rear Brake Caliper Slides. Apply BG Stop Squeal to Brake Pads. Install Rear Brake Pads and Sensors (if equipped). Road Test Car and Properly Seat Rear Brake Pads.
