  • Disconnect Left Rear Axle Shaft. Remove Left Rear Brake Caliper and Rotor. Replace Left Rear Axle Seal and O-Ring. Re Assemble all of the Above and Top Off Rear Differential Fluid.
  • Remve Front Whhels. Remove Front Brake Calipers. Remove Front Brake Rotors. Clean Contact Surface of Hub. Replace Front Brake Rotors. Clean and Lubricate Front Caliper Slides. Apply Bg stop Squeal To Brake Pads. Install Front Brake Pads and Sensors (if equipped). Road Test Car and Properly Seat Brake Pads.
  • Perform Brake Fluid Exchange. Drain Master Cylinder Reservoir. Remove All Four Wheels and Bleed Brakes at Each Caliper. Refill Master Cylinder Reservoir and Adjust Fluid Level as Required. Install all Four Wheels and Torque as Required.

  • Perform Brake Fluid Exchange. Drain Master Cylinder Reservoir. Remove All Four Wheels and Bleed Brakes at Each Caliper. Refill Master Cylinder Reservoir and Adjust Fluid Level as Required. Install all Four Wheels and Torque as Required.
  • POWER STEERING HOSE – Remove & Replace – V8 Pressure & Return,Assembly,w/Cooler
  • REMOVED FRONT WHEEL. DISCONNECT BRAKE LINE. REMOVED THE 2 MOUNTING BOLTS AND CALIPER. REMOVED CLIP WITH 2 PINS AND ANTI-RATTLE SPRING. REMOVED BOTH PADS AND 4 ANTI-SQUEAL SHIMS. PUT NEW CALIPER WITH BRAKE HOSE IN REVERSE INSTALLATION ORDER OF REMOVAL.
  • REMOVED THE COTTER PIN AND LOCK CAP. REMOVED DRIVE SHAFT LOCK NUT. DISCONNECT THE LOWER SUSPENSION ARM FROM THE LOWER BALL JOINT. DISCONNECT DRIVE SHAFT FROM STEERING KNUCKLE. PUSHED THE STEERING KNUCKLE OUTWARD AND DISCONNECT THE DRIVE SHAFT FROM THE STEERING KNUCKLE. REMOVED OLD AXLE AND PUT IN NEW AXLE IN REVERSES ORDER OF REMOVAL.

  • TECHNICIAN PERFORMED CHARGING SYSTEM TEST, FOUND BATTERY TO BE VERY WEAK, RECOMMEND REPLACING BATTERY STARTING POINT. CUSTOMER POWER STEERING PUMP HAS FAILED RECOMMEND REPLACING POWER STEERING PUMP, CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO REPLACE TWO TIRES, UN-EVEN WEAR. FRONT BRAKE PADS WORN OUT, RECOMMEND REPLACING FRONT BRAKE PADS WITH ROTORS. :::::::::::::::::: TECHNICIAN NOTE :::::::::::::::::::: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS NOT ON PRIOR TO SERVICE DUE TO BAD BATTERY, IF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT APPEARS TO COME BACK FURTHER DIAGNOSIS WILL NEED TO BE PERFORMED.
  • REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS WITH BRAKE FLUSH
  • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
  • Remove and Replace Bleed System.
  • BATTERY
  • Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
  • FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT – Adjustment – w/o Vehicle Stability Control – [DOES NOT include straightening or replacement of components.]
