- The tech tested the fuel pump to see if the fuel pump was operating, and the fuel pump is operating properly at this time. The motor is getting fuel. The tech noticed the vehicle is not getting spark. The tech removed one of the spark plugs and noticed the spark plug that was removed was completely fowled out. The tech recommends to start off with new spark plugs at this time. Service advisor spoke with the customer and advised the customer to replace all spark plugs. The customer wanted to proceed with replacing the spark plugs. The tech replaced the spark plugs and as of right now there is no issue with the vehicle.
