    • Perform Synthetic Oil Service. Remove Upper and Lower Engine Covers as Needed. Drain Engine Oil. Replace Drain Plug Seal. Replace Oil Filter. Re Fill Engine Oil with up to 12 Quarts of Synthetic Motor Oil. Add BG44K to Fuel Tank. Check and Top Off Fluid Levels as Required. Perform Visual Inspection and Report on Possible Work Needed.

    • – CUSTOMER BROUGHT VEHICLE TO US , CUSTOMER STATES VEHICLE STOPPED WORKING IN A PARKING LOT JUST CRANKS OVER, CUSTOMER DID NOTICED CODE FOR CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR SIGNAL INVALID. BROUGHT CUSTOMER VEHICLE IN ( CAR STARTED FOR US ) SCANNED ON BOARD COMPUTER SYSTEM RETRIEVED SAME CODE , CRANK POSITION SENSOR INVALID SIGNAL. RECOMMEND STARTING OFF BY REPLACING CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR, THIS WILL BE A STARTING POINT CUSTOMER DIAGNOSIS. PRIOR TO SERVICE CAR HAS SMALL OIL LEAK, ENGINE / TRANSMISSION NOISE AROUND FRONT AREA , CAR HAS NO CAT BACK EXHAUST DOWNPIPE HITTING AGAINST LOWER BRACKET SUPPORT. REMOVE OIL FILTER HOUSING ASSEMBLY , REMOVE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR, REPLACED WITH NEW. CLEARED CODES FROM VEHICLE, LET VEHICLE SIT OUTSIDE, VEHICLE STARTED COLD BUT WHEN VEHICLE GETS AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE AND RE-START VEHICLE STARTS AND DIES DOWN, SCANNED ON BOARD COMPUTER SYSTEM RETRIEVED FOLLOWING CRANKSHAFT INVALID SIGNAL CODE. REPLACED AFTERMARKET CRANKSHAFT SENSOR WITH OEM ONE, VEHICLE STARTED RIGHT UP AGAIN UPON VEHICLE OPERATING TEMPERATURE AND RESTARTING CAR BOGS BACK DOWN. SCANNED ON BOARD COMPUTER SYSTEM FOND P016 CAMSHAFT / CRANKSHAFT CORRELATION CODE. REMOVE FRONT UPPER TIMING COVER, FOUND TIMING BELT TO BE NEWISH, REMOVED BOTTOM, CRANK PULLEY , REMOVE TIMING COVER, CHECKED VEHICLE TIMING, FOUND TIMING TO BE OFF BY HALF A TOOTH, RE-TIMED VEHICLE. PERFORM TEST, VEHICLE STARTED RIGHT UP FIRST TIME, SECOND AND THIRD TIME CAR WOULD START AND CUT OUT, CHECK CUSTOMER FUEL PRESSURE , ALL OKAY, RE-CHECK TIMING FOUND TIMING TO BE OKAY, AT THIS TIME RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR, REPLACED CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR , RE- DID TIMING AGAIN. VEHICLE STARTED RIGHT UP PERFECTLY FINE , TURNED IT OFF AND TRIED IT AGAIN VEHICLE RUNNING PROPERLY AFTER THIRD ATTEMPT CAR STARTED TO DO SAME THING, SCAN ON BOARD COMPUTER SYSTEM, FOUND CRANKSHAFT SIGNAL IMPLAUSIBLE , CHECKED WIRING SCHEMATICS FOR CRANKSHAFT SENSOR FROM SENSOR TO ECU, NO BROKEN WIRES PRESENT EVERYTHING WORKING, ECU IS RECEIVING SIGNAL FROM SENSOR, REMOVED CRANKSHAFT SENSOR, CHECK RELUCTOR WHEEL WITH CAMERA, NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF DAMAGE… FOLLOWING DAY REMOVE TIMING BELT ASSEMBLY AGAIN, REMOVE LOWER GEAR SPROCKET FOR TIMING BELT, FOUND LOWER GEAR SPROCKET WORN OUT IN RIGHT CORNER, THIS WILL CAUSE MOVEMENT AND THROW TIMING OFF. REPLACED LOWER GEAR SPROCKET RE-ASSEMBLE . CLEARED CODES , PERFORMED MULTIPLE START STOP FUNCTIONS ALL IN WORKING ORDER NO MORE CRANKSHAFT CODES / CAMSHAFT CORRELATION CODES.
    • TRANSMISSION OIL FILTER – Remove & Replace – Diesel
    • CRANKSHAFT SPROCKET – Remove & Replace – Diesel

    • Remove Front Wheels. Remove Front Calipers. Clean and Lubricate Front Caliper Slides When Applicable. Replace Front Brake Pads. Re Assemble all of the Above and Road Test Car.
    • Remve Rear Wheels. Remove Rear Brake Calipers. Clean caliper Slides and lubricate. Apply Bg Stop Squeal to Brake Pads and Lubricate as needed. Re-assemble all of the above and Road Test Car.
    • Replace Front & Rear Differential Fluid
    • Remove Upper and Lower Engine Covers as Required. Drain Engine Oil. Replace Engine Oil Filter and Re-Fill Engine Oil with up to 12 Quarts of Synthetic Motor Oil. Check and Top Off Fluid Levels as Required when Possible. Check and Adjust Tire Pressures Including Spare (when possible) Perform Visual Courtesy Inspection and Report on Possible Work Needed.
    • Perform Brake Fluid Exchange. Drain Master Cylinder Reservoir. Remove All Four Wheels and Bleed Brakes at Each Caliper. Refill Master Cylinder Reservoir and Adjust Fluid Level as Required. Install all Four Wheels and Torque as Required.

    • Grind Down old Welds. Re weld exhaust Hangers (2) to Rear Tail Pipes.
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – V6 All
    • Perform Brake Fluid Exchange. Drain Master Cylinder Reservoir. Remove All Four Wheels and Bleed Brakes at Each Caliper. Refill Master Cylinder Reservoir and Adjust Fluid Level as Required. Install all Four Wheels and Torque as Required.
