- TECHNICIAN PERFORMED CHARGING SYSTEM TEST, FOUND BATTERY TO BE VERY WEAK, RECOMMEND REPLACING BATTERY STARTING POINT. CUSTOMER POWER STEERING PUMP HAS FAILED RECOMMEND REPLACING POWER STEERING PUMP, CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO REPLACE TWO TIRES, UN-EVEN WEAR. FRONT BRAKE PADS WORN OUT, RECOMMEND REPLACING FRONT BRAKE PADS WITH ROTORS. :::::::::::::::::: TECHNICIAN NOTE :::::::::::::::::::: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS NOT ON PRIOR TO SERVICE DUE TO BAD BATTERY, IF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT APPEARS TO COME BACK FURTHER DIAGNOSIS WILL NEED TO BE PERFORMED.
- REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS WITH BRAKE FLUSH
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Remove and Replace Bleed System.
- BATTERY
- Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
- FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT – Adjustment – w/o Vehicle Stability Control – [DOES NOT include straightening or replacement of components.]
