    • Add Liqui Moly Engine Flush to Engine Oil and Run Car for 20 Minutes @ 2,000 RPM. DRain Engine Oil. Replace Engine Oil Filter. Re Fill Engine Oil with up to 12 Quarts of Synthetic Motor Oil. Check and Top Off All Fluid Levels as Required. Check and Adjust Tire Pressures as Required. Perform Visual Safety Inspection and Report on Any Services Needed.
    • Rotate Tires Front to Rear. Torque Wheels to Factory Specifications using a Torque Wrench. Perform Visual Inspection of Front End and Brakes.
    • PERFORM BG FUEL AND AIR INDUCTION CLEANING SERVICE. INDUCTION SERVICE REMOVES CARBON BUILD UP FROM PISTONS, VALVES, AND COMBUSTION CHAMBERS. CLEANING HELPS INCREASE LOST HORSEPOWER, REDUCE EMISSIONS AND INCREASE FUEL ECONOMY.
    • Remove Upper Engine Covers. Remove Upper Engine Brace and Cowl Covers. Disconnect All Six Ignition Coils. Remove and Replace Spark Pugs. Re Install Ignition Coils. Remove Throttle Body Pluming and Intake Tubes. Remove Air Box and Clean. Replace Air Filter. Clean Throttle Body Assembly. Re Install all of the Above. Remove Lower Dash Cover. Replace Cabin Air Filter.

CD9010 Electric Coolant Pump Circulation is weak or Missing 13807 Radiator Shutter Top Upper Limit Reached 130304 Vanos Exhaust Control Fault 118401 Mixture Control Deviation Too Lean. Car is Due For Water Pump/Thermostat Service. Customer has Declined service at this Time. Car may Overheat.
    • Add BG Engine Cleaner (CPR) to Motor Oil and Run Car for 10 Minutes @ 2,000 RPM. Drain Engine Oil. Replace Oil Filter. Add BG Oil Conditioner (MOA) to Engine Oil. Change Oil with up to Quarts of Synthetic Motor Oil. Check and Top off All Fluid Levels (When Possible). Check and Adjust Tire Pressures Including Spare (If Possible). Perform Battery Test. Perform Visual Inspection and Report on Findings. Add BG Fuel ConditionK). (

    • Scan on Board Computer Diagnostic System Using Scan Tools. Retrieve Fault Codes. Research Fault Codes and Test Components as Required. Tech did a full system scan, and found more than 15 codes stored in the ECU. Tech deleted all the codes stored in the back ground of the ECU, and at this time the only codes that are coming up are for the oxygen sensor. The tech checked the oxygen sensor and found the wiring cut, and the oxygen sensor destroyed by the previous person who tried to remove the oxygen sensor.
    • Replace Oxygen Sensor with Customers Supplied Part.
    • DOOR TRIM PANEL – Removal & Installation – Front,One
    • DOOR TRIM PANEL – Removal & Installation – Rear,One
    • RADIATOR RESERVE TANK – Remove & Replace
    • Cooling System – Drain and Re Fill
    • WIPER ARM &/OR BLADES – Remove & Replace – One or Both,Wiper Blade Assembly
    • WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP – Remove & Replace – Front

    • The customer dropped off the vehicle with a battery Malfunction light on. The tech diagnosed the issue and found the drive belt destroyed. The tech recommends to start off with a drive belt and belt tensioner. Spoke with the customer over the phone and explained to the customer what the vehicle needed at this time. The customer gave us the okay to move forward with the repairs. After the tech installed the both pieces, the tech ran a test to the alternator 4x and failed the test. Spoke with the customer over the phone again, and explained what the tech found wrong with the alternator and it is bad at this time, but the customer did not want to move forward with the repair for the alternator. The customer understand the risk is this issue is not resolved.

FOUND CAS MODULE RELAY STUCK, WOULD CRANK OVER FOR ONE SECOND ALSO FOUND CODES IN CAS MODULE AND COULDN'T PERFORM CAS TO DME ALIGNMENT, MODULE WILL HAVE TO BE SENT OUT FOR REPAIRS, CUSTOMER AGREED TO SENDING MODULE OUT FOR REPAIRS.

    • Drain coolant system, remove intake manifold, remove and replace coolant line that was under intake manifold, refill coolant system and perform coolant pressure test and so far no leaks, install intake manifold back. test drive vehicle and everything seems to okay as of right now.
